Das Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand; Feuchtigkeitsprobleme unter dem Kühlschrank haben unschöne Spuren hinterlassen und die Schränke im Haus riechen nach Schimmel. Der Garten ist ungepflegt.

Das Cottage hat eine Spülmaschine, die aber nicht benutzt werden kann. Es tritt Wasser aus, und ich habe es gemeldet. Sie sagten, sie hätten es dem Eigentümer gemeldet und würden es so schnell wie möglich beheben. Es war jedoch niemand zu sehen. Dem aufgequollenen Boden und den Fußleisten nach zu urteilen, geht das Problem schon lange so. Kurz gesagt, sie tun so, als würden sie zum ersten Mal davon hören, und unternehmen nichts gegen Ihre Beschwerde!
Außerdem spült die Toilette so stark, dass der Boden nass wird (und damit auch Ihre Kleidung). Die Matratzen sind mittelmäßig!
