This well-maintained house, built in a Mallorcan style, is located in a quiet yet central residential area of Cala Mandia, directly opposite a nature reserve.
Three magnificent sandy coves are within about 300 meters walking distance. All are beautiful and suitable for children. Cala Mandia's beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for particularly good water quality.
The numerous shops and restaurants of the well-kept town are also easily accessible on foot.

Das Haus war für uns (2 Freundinnen) perfekt. Sehr gut ausgestattet, wohnlich und gemütlich. Viele Terrassen zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Sehr gute Lage, ruhig. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kommt man überall hin und unkompliziert mit der Bezahlung.
Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Danke an die Vermieter. Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt.
