Cancellation policy
Delay in payment, withdrawal, cancellation and interruption of stay
If the renter defaults on payment, if the renter withdraws from the contract or if the renter cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a new renter who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following prorated rents (less ancillary costs & visitor's tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the spared expenses, in addition to a processing fee of EUR 50, insofar as it is not possible to rent out the property to another lessee:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental price
In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental price in full. A cancellation must be made in writing (email accepted). The date when the notice is received shall be deemed the effective date.

Holiday destination
The wide and fine sandy beach of Breskens - for us one of the most beautiful that we know - can be reached in just a few minutes on foot and is not only ideal for sunbathing, but also for building sandcastles, collecting shells, long walks or bike rides on the dike. The numerous beach pavilions along the coast are also worthwhile for enjoying and relaxing.
The park itself is located directly behind the dike and has a small supermarket / bakery, a restaurant with a very nice outdoor lounge area, an indoor pool, a wellness area with sauna and sun bed, a playground with a large jumping hill, as well as a bicycle and Kettcar -Rental.
Getting there
Good transport connection, largely via motorways and A-roads.
Reachable from Aachen, Düsseldorf or Cologne in just 2.5-3.5 hours.

Sehr liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Vom Kindersitz über Rausfallschutz, Kinderbesteck, Spielsachen, Fahrräder für Groß und Klein bis hin zur Hängematte, Grill und super ausgestatteter Küche. Nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, Schwimmbad und Spielplatz. Direkt am Naturschutzgebiet mit tollen Fahrradwegen, perfekt zum Erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir durften 2 Wochen Urlaub in einem modernen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind super. Sogar einen Messerblock mit endlich einmal scharfen Messern fanden wir vor. Die Betten sind komfortabel, genau wie das Sofa bzw. der Fernsehsessel. Schön, dass das Auto auf einem eigenen Parkplatz vor dem Haus geparkt werden konnte. Der direkte Kontakt per Telefon sowie über WhatsApp mit den Vermietern begeisterte uns. Wie können das Ferienhaus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!!
