Should you need to cancel your booking after confirmation, you must immediately advise us in writing to info@klickandbook.com. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us at our offices. Cancellation fees may apply. Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements. Cancelation conditions: If no cancellation, notice periods and costs are listed in the offers and terms and conditions of the owners or agencies, or are not otherwise mentioned explicitly, then the following apply: The cancellation conditions are as follows: Reservation cancellations notified 90 or more days before arrival: we charge 30% of the total price of the reservation. For cancellations between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total price of the reservation. For cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival, we charge 75% of the total price of the reservation. For cancellations between 29 and 1 days prior to arrival, we charge 90% of the total price of the reservation. If the traveller does not arrive at the destination or if he cancels the accommodation service after it has started, we will charge the full price of the reservation. COVID-19 conditional cancellations (valid until the end of September 2023) In the event that you book accommodation for a certain period in the course of 2023, you can transfer the period of use of the accommodation to another free period in the villa in question until December 31, 2024 in the following situations: Closure of borders - the Republic of Croatia or the country of your residence or stay; The right to cancel or transfer the period of use of the property is not recognized in other situations such as: Cancellation of the flight or other means of transport Self-isolation / illness / exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus Recommendations from the country of your residence or of your stay if you are not going to travel, i.e. without an express prohibition Rejection of annual leave by the employer Employer's travel bans.

Wir waren im letzten Monat mit 10 Personen (3 Familien) in der Villa Lory. Bei Ankunft war das Haus nicht sauber, der Pool grün, die Möbel im Außenbereich ebenfalls nicht sauber. Keine Auflagen und Pooltücher vorhanden. Tischtennisplatte nicht aufgebaut. Ein defektes Trampolin stand bzw. steht vor der Terrasse. Nach Meldung des Zustands kam ein Reinigungsteam, aber da wurden nur die Bäder nachgeputzt. Den Rest hatten wir ja bereits so gereinigt, dass wir einziehen konnten. Der Pool war am 3. Tag erst wieder klar. Die Poolhandtücher wurden am 4. Tag gebracht. In der 1. Woche ist noch die Spülmaschine kaputt gegangen. So mussten wir immer alles von der einen in die andere Haushälfte tragen, damit wir dort die Spülmaschine nutzen konnten. Eine war leider auch aufgrund der Personenzahl nicht ausreichend. Die Ausstattung war leider auch nicht wie beschrieben vorhanden. Ein Mixer und einen Toaster (leider nur Sandwichtoaster) wurden nachgereicht. Haartrockner waren in 3 von 6 Bädern vorhanden. Die Sonnenliegen waren leider auch total unbequem und nicht sehr abgenutzt. Auch die Fliegengitter in Fenster und Türen waren allesamt nicht mehr dicht, so dass wir jede Menge nette Besuche (Skorpione, Spinnenläufer, Mücken, kleine Fliegen). Nach einer Woche wurde die Wäsche gewechselt. Hier mussten wir das Ab- und Neubeziehen jedoch selber machen, obwohl wir die gesamte 1. Woche immer wieder Mängel angezeigt haben. Da hätten man uns wohl ein wenig entgegenkommen können. Abschließend habe wir eine Erstattung von 10% erhalten. Diese ist jedoch angesichts der Vielzahl der Mängel und des ungepflegten, lieblosen Gesamtzustand des Hauses nicht wirklich angemessen und macht den entstanden Ärger leider auch nicht weg. Bei einem Gesamtpreis von 10.400 Euro für 14 Tage kann wohl ein sauberes und gepflegtes Objekt mit vollständiger Ausstattung gem. Beschreibung im Buchungsportal erwarten.

Hele fijne week met onze vriendengroep gehad. Alle slaapkamers en badkamers waren dik in orde, het internet werkte en het zwembad was mooi schoon. Het huis was helemaal compleet qua faciliteiten en zag er net zo uit als op de foto.Er waren voldoende zitplekken en ligbedjes. Ook in de keukens ontbrak het nergens aan, er was voldoende servies en bestek voor zoveel personen. Ook werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Een top week en een aanrader voor iedereen!
