This impressive house features idyllic exteriors, where the protagonist is the wonderful chlorine pool, 10 x 5 m and a depth of 1.6 to 1.8 m. It is surrounded half by lawn and half by a fantastic terrace with 8 sun loungers and a wooden structure, under which you can have breakfast or prepare delicious barbecues. At the other side of the house, there is a large terrace to take an appetiser in calm as well.
It is a three-storey house, where a spectacular and modern kitchen-living-dining room welcomes you, apart from being the ideal room where taste your best dishes prepared on the ceramic hob and rest watching TV-SAT. There is A/C in this stay and in the four bedrooms of the house. On this floor, there is a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, there are two single beds and another double bed, both of them with en-suite bathroom with shower. And, on the 2nd floor, there you will find a bathroom with bathtub and the last dormitory with two twin beds. Likewise, the house provides you with a toilet on the ground floor, as well as washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, apart from a cot and a high chair.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
