Cancellation policy
As there is always a chance that events can happen to make you postpone or cancel your trip, it is advisable to arrange cancellation insurance.
You have to cancel via e-mail or by letter.
If a booking is cancelled, the renter is answerable for cancellation costs.
- on cancellation up until 42 days before the day of arrival: 10% of the rental cost;
- on cancellation as from the 42nd day up until the 28th day before the day of arrival: 50% of the rental cost;
- on cancellation as from the 28th day up until the 7th day before the day of arrival: 75% of the rental cost;
- on cancellation as from the 7th day up until the day of arrival: 90% of the rental cost;
- on cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the total rental cost.
If I can still (partially) rent out the property, I will settle that with your cancellation amount.

There is only one bedroom with a double and a single bed, for 2 adults (and 1 child)
On arrival you pay € 100 deposit.
If at departure everything is in order,we pay it back.
For the elderly it can be a problem that the toilet is downstairs

We live near the nature reserve "De Nederlanden", a real scenic dune area. You will love to walk and cycle in "De Nederlanden", "de Muy", "de Slufter" and all other Nature Parks on Texel.
There are a lot of different beautiful walking tours and 120 km of wonderful cycle-paths through the dunes, forests, and picturesque villages.

The ferry leaves Den Helder on half hours (until 21:30) and from Texel on whole hours (until 22:00).

Kleine Unterkunft für maximal drei Personen. Mit kleinem Kind und Hund hat es super gepasst. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht und die Lage ist auch super. Zudem war alles sauber und gepflegt. Im Sommer wird es unter dem Dach im Schlafzimmer recht warm und die Sonne scheint noch lange ins Zimmer, da wären etwas dunklere Vorhänge vielleicht toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben mit unserem Hund zum ersten Mal auf der Insel Texel Urlaub gemacht und waren begeistert.
Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen gleich nebenan. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Vom großen Fenster aus hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Nationalpark.
Wir waren begeistert von der Vielfalt der Insel. Ein wahres Naturparadies.
Es gibt tolle Wege zum Wandern in den Dünen, Wäldern, Heidefeldern oder an den langen Sandstränden. Es macht auch großen Spaß mit dem Fahrrad die Insel zu erkunden. Hier findet jeder etwas.
Vielen Dank an Annemieke und Henk für die schönen Tage auf der Insel Texel.
