Cancellation policy

If the tenant withdraws from the contract and no other renting is possible, the owner has a claim for compensation according to the following scale: - up to 45 days before the start of the rental period -15% of the rental price - up to 30 days before the start of the rental period - 50 % of the rental price - 29 to 2 days before the start of the rental period - 80% of the rental price - Cancellation within 1 day before the beginning of the rental period Or in case of no-show -100% of the rental price The declaration of withdrawal must in any case be made in writing to the administrator - the accommodation service of the Kur- und Tourismus GmbH. Independent of this, a cancellation fee of 20€ is due. In case of late arrival or early departure the tenant has to pay no claim for refund of parts of the rental price. We recommend the conclusion of an appropriate travel cancellation insurance!

Wir waren Anfang Juli das vierte Mal in Zingst. Unsere Ansprüche an eine Ferienwohnung sind durchaus hoch. Aber diese Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und die bisherigen Unterkünfte noch getoppt. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Super Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt (4 Minuten mit dem Rad) Was man wissen sollte, in der heißen Jahreszeit kann es in der Wohnung schon sehr warm werden.

Eine sehr schöne helle moderne Wohnung mit einer schönen Ausgangslage. Ebenfalls sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser schönen Wohnung. Kann man sehr empfehlen. Auch die Buchung war problemlos und der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter sehr herzlich.
