Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

The Villa is located in a small village Srbinjak only 4,5 kilometers from Tinjan, It is only 17 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. To the east of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istria region, known for its medieval fortified castle, the National Archive and Zarečki krov.

Das Ferienhaus ist in jeder Hinsicht einfach großartig. Wir waren dort mit einem Familienfreund, jeder mit zwei Kindern. Das Haus verfügt über vier wunderbare Schlafzimmer, die alle mit einer eigenen Dusche und Toilette ausgestattet sind. Der Pool ist sowohl für ältere als auch für kleinere Kinder hervorragend geeignet, da es einen kleinen Bereich gibt, der nicht so tief ist. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Haus liegt nicht direkt am Meer, aber es ist nur eine 15-minütige Fahrt in die wunderschöne Küstenstadt Porec, die sehr empfehlenswert ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterfamilie, die immer Unterstützung bot, wenn es nötig war, und sehr, sehr freundlich war. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen!

Schönes Haus, vermietet von einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Familie. Es liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf, 20 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die noch etwas zu jung zum Schwimmen im Meer sind.
