Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

The Biokovo mountain range is a massive massif. It culminates in the Sveti Juraj with a height of 1762m, at a width of only seven kilometers. You can almost reach the summit by car.
There are very attractive day trips by boat to Bol on Brac and to Hvar.

You will be located in the Makarska area outside the city with a beautiful view of the sea and islands in front of Makarska and at the foot of the Biokovo Nature Park which you can always visit and enjoy the untouched nature with the new attraction Sky walk.
The nearest supermarket is 800 meters away. The beautiful pebble beaches of Makarska are 2 km away. Ideal place for romantic and relaxing holidays away from crowds and noise. There is also a fantastic Panorama Grill restaurant nearby with organized transfer.

Das Haus war unglaublich sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, genauso wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar noch besser. Es gab alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchten, vom voll ausgestatteten Küche bis zu bequemen Betten und frischen Bädern. Die Umgebung war ruhig und schön, perfekt zur Entspannung, aber dennoch in der Nähe von allem, was wir sehen und unternehmen wollten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was das Erlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus befindet sich in perfekter Lage, um den Sonnenuntergang über den Inseln zu beobachten. Stipe war ein perfekter Gastgeber mit vielen lokalen Informationen. Wir hatten einen äußerst erholsamen Urlaub mit genau der richtigen Menge an Faulenzen, sehr wenig zu tun und die Gegend zu erkunden.
