Enjoy the tranquility without having to sacrifice the proximity to the city in this amazing villa. Its stunning lawn garden surrounds the private chlorine pool, 10 m x 5 m and a depth of 0.5 m to 2 m, that becomes the protagonist next to a fantastic porch-barbecue. After sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers and cooling off, you can make tasty recipes and spend the afternoon chatting under the porch. The plot is fenced and has total privacy.
When you come in into the house, it welcomes you a cosy stay with A/C that unifies both the living and dining room as well as the kitchen. Here you can cook on a ceramic cooktop, eat and relax watching TV (with a Smart TV) or listen to music. In addition, there is a shower bathroom and two dormitories that feature a wardrobe, one of them boasting two single beds while the other has a double bed. Likewise, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds, wardrobe, A/C and an en-suite shower bathroom, to which you can access from the porch-barbecue. You have at your disposal a cot, a high chair, washing machine, iron as well as ironing board. The entire accommodation is equipped with oil central heating.
The chimney in the living area cannot be used.
There are two parking lots at the property.
Pets are not allowed.

Inca is a little city, located at 750 meters, that is well-known by its such good restaurants of Mallorcan cuisine ("cellars") and its street market on Thursdays, which is celebrated since centuries ago. Moreover, it also offers endless bars and other kind of restaurants, supermarkets, shops of all sorts and much more. The paradisiacal beach in Puerto de Alcúdia is only 20 minutes away by car.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
