Cancellation policy

The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. receives a written request for the cancellation, and it is as follows: For cancellations up until 30 days before arrival -30% of the full reservation amount is non refundable For cancellations within 30 days before arrival date - 100% of the full reservation amount is non refundable. Cancellation policy COVID-19: Within 30 days before arrival, Refund of the reservation is possible only if the restrictive measures given by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to persons who have been vaccinated. Under the term measure, it is considered that persons who have been vaccinated must also be in quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time, when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. Refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or less days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can only use on the Istra Vacation website for reservation in the future time period, and no later than 2 years. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount of money that the guest paid to confirm the reservation for which he has now been granted a refund. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation. For every cancellation of the reservation “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges 15 EUR of administrative expenses. You must send cancellations directly by email to info@istra-vacation.com. The day of the reception of the written email confirmation is considered as the day of the cancellation.

Villa Pax is situated in Marčana, 11 km away of Pula, well-known, historical town with 60k inhabitants, in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, 30 km south from Rovinj. In Marčana you can find shopping centre, shops, post office, restaurant, disco, night club, casino, concerts, museum, Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massages, pharmacy, doctors and all other amenities are located in Pula. Pebble, stone and rocky beaches, mostly with beach facilities, suitable for children are all over south Istria, along with sport harbor in Pula. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, rowing and tennis courts are located in villages around Marčana, each up to 12 km away. Golf course with 18 holes is located inside beautiful Croatian National Park Brijuni. Wunderschöne Auszeit in der Villa Pax_x000D_ _x000D_ Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der liebevoll gelegenen Villa Pax verbracht. Die kleine Villa bietet mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern ausreichend Platz und ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen._x000D_ _x000D_ Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gepflegte Außenbereich: Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight – großzügig angelegt mit ausreichend Liegen und einer überdachten Sitzecke, in der wir viele entspannte Stunden im Schatten verbracht haben. Auch die Möglichkeit zum Grillen im Freien trägt zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt bei._x000D_ _x000D_ Die Küche ist mit den wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet, sodass man gut in den Tag starten oder sich selbst versorgen kann. Jeder Raum verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, was gerade an heißen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen sorgt._x000D_ _x000D_ Ein kleiner Hinweis für lichtempfindliche Gäste: Es gibt keine richtige Möglichkeit zur vollständigen Verdunkelung der Räume, was man im Vorfeld wissen sollte. Auch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären eine sinnvolle Ergänzung._x000D_ _x000D_ Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief reibungslos über das Portal und WhatsApp – schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Der Pool wurde diskret gewartet, sodass unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt blieb._x000D_ _x000D_ Kleine Investitionen wie ein einheitliches Geschirr oder kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten würden die ohnehin schon schöne Unterkunft noch weiter aufwerten._x000D_ _x000D_ Insgesamt können wir die Villa Pax jedoch absolut empfehlen – ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit allem, was man braucht!
