In this case, the following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge, cancellation up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30%, cancellation up to the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 60%, cancellation up to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 80%, thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%. We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for all eventualities.

The nearby towns of Gardone, a luxury resort from the early 20th century, and Saló, a small town with one of the most beautiful (and longest) lake promenades, invite you for walks, sightseeing, and shopping. Heading north from Toscolano-Maderno, you reach picturesque places like Bogliaco, Villa, and Gargnano, which also exude a lot of original charm.

Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is located in a modern building constructed in 2010, designed to resemble a historic Lake Garda Limonaia, giving it a very special charm and character. The position about 80 meters above Toscolano-Maderno is unique and allows for a beautiful panoramic view. Yet, the old town of Maderno with its harbor and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes via a footpath.
Getting there

Host informationWe are a family with three children living in Munich and have loved Lake Garda for years. The deciding factor for choosing this complex/apartment was the breathtaking panoramic view, and still being able to reach the old town and the lake on foot. This combination, coupled with tranquility and the large pool, is pure relaxation.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Anlage und bietet einen guten Komfort. Da uns nach Buchung von Frau Aumann-Stahl ein guter Leitfaden für die Unterkunft überstellt wurde, konnten wir uns nach Ankunft bestens zurechtfinden. Die Ferienwohnung haben wir in bestem Zustand vorgefunden. Alles war perfekt für einen Wohlfühlurlaub vorbereitet. Besonders angenehm sind die kurzen Wege von der Garage zum Lift und zur Wohnung. Zusätzlich befindet sich direkt neben dem Haupteingang ein Zugang über eine Wendeltreppe (Abkürzung) zur Wohneinheit. Auch ein toller Pool mit zwei Sonnenliegen und ein Außenparkplatz stehen noch zur Verfügung. Wir haben unsere Urlaubszeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage und besticht mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den See. Das Parken in der Garage erfordert aufgrund der Enge etwas Geschickt, aber da groovt man sich mit der Zeit ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und die Vermieter sehr freundlich - wir kommen gerne wieder!
