In this case, the following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: Free of charge, cancellation up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30%, cancellation up to the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 60%, cancellation up to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 80%, thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%. We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for all cases.

The apartment is located in an elegant and quiet, new residence of only 20 units. The position about 80 meters above Toscolano-Maderno is unique and allows for a beautiful panoramic view. Nevertheless, the old town of Maderno with the port and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes via a footpath.

Host informationWe are a family with three children living in Munich and have loved Lake Garda for years. The deciding factor for choosing this complex/apartment was the breathtaking panoramic view, and still being able to reach the old town and the lake on foot. This combination, coupled with tranquility and the large pool, is pure relaxation.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche als Familie.
Die Vermieter standen stets als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
Wohnung, Terrasse, eigener Parkplatz und Pool, alles was man braucht war da und sauber.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den See bewohnen dürfen.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt, selbst die Küche ist perfekt mit vielen nützlichen Utensilien ausgestattet . Vom Insektenstecker bis zur Handseife alles da.
Sie bietet auch mit 3 Kindern noch genug Platz , einzig der Balkon mit 5 Stühlen ist etwas beengt, aber am Pool ist genügend Platz vorhanden und dieser ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!
Familie Stahl ist sehr nett und stets bemüht einen perfekten Urlaub in der Wohnung anzubieten , bei Fragen auch telefonisch erreichbar.
