Hévíz is the most significant spa in Hungary and is about 6 km from the shore and about 190 km southwest of the state capital of Budapest. Vienna is located about 180 km from Hévíz.
The area is one of the most beautiful and famous in Hungary. The fame of the place is due to the thermal lake, which is unique in the world. Not only the thermal but also the magnificent palaces and castles attract many visitors to the area.
The healing lake with peat soil has an area of 4.4 hectares and is the largest natural Thermalwarmwassersee the world. Even in winter the temperature drops, the tree-lotus lake, not below 22 ° C. With car to get best through the border crossing at Sopron (Klingenbach), then the main road 84 to Sümeg since then Heviz is already posted. The other direction is often used by the border crossing Rabafuzes (Holy Cross), then Körmend, Zalaegerszeg, you reach Heviz.

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Joker Villa und waren überrascht von der Freundlichkeit,Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Es war alles in Ordnung. Die Gastgeberin spricht perfek deutsch und ist immer für die Gäste da. Wir werden wieder kommen. Danke an die Gastgeber!

Wir haben schon so einige Wohnungen erlebt, die hier wirklich ausgesprochen sehr gut. Nette Vermieterin, saubere Wohnung, sogar Handtücher die einmal pro Woche gewechselt werden (das haben wir noch nie erlebt), ruhige Atmosphäre und und und. Also, absolut zu empfehlen. Mit der Umgebung hier und der Wohnung haben wir uns trotz der langen Anreise sehr gut erholt.
