Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the entrepreneur
a compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date itself.

The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus the administration costs, if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or a part of it.
