If you cancel the contract up to 4 weeks before the holiday, the deposit made will be retained as compensation. If cancellation occurs up to 2 weeks before the holiday, 2/3 of the total rental price must be paid. For later cancellations, 100% of the total rental price is due. Cancellation must be reported in writing.

Holiday destination
Right outside your door lies the Paseo Maritimo, the beautiful seafront promenade, with its street cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants... Within a few minutes' walk, you'll reach the center with its nightlife, supermarket, bars, restaurants, as well as the harbor and the Son Moll Bay with its sandy beach. Tennis courts and riding stables are about a 10-minute walk away. In 10 minutes by car, you can reach several golf courses, marinas, and other natural sandy beaches. Palma Airport is 80 km away.
Getting there
Fly or ferry to Palma de Mallorca and continue by taxi, rental car, or shuttle - I would be happy to arrange a transfer for you to the nearest hotel to the apartment.

Ich würde die Ravioli mit Lachs empfehlen. Das schmackhafteste Gericht, das ich seit meiner Ankunft hier hatte.
