Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 ZGB
We are delighted that you have chosen Obertalerhof for your next vacation.
Should something come up and you can no longer travel, please inform us in time. It would be a pity if our holiday apartment remained vacant when others would have liked to come.
Please note our cancellation policy:
You do not have a right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in the sense of Art. 1382 ZGB:
Up to 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of a cancellation by the guest in the period between the 89th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full.

In summer, beautiful hiking trails await right outside your door, while in winter, endless fun on the slopes can be found at the Pfelders ski resort. Each season has its charm: in spring, the apple blossoms and snow-capped mountain peaks; in summer, the great weather for hikes and excursions. In autumn, the colorful nature or the harvest time with Törggelen. In winter, the mild climate, well-groomed ski slopes, and the Christmas markets with their special atmosphere are particularly enticing.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche auf dem Obertalerhof! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Der Blick vom Balkon ins Tal ist traumhaft schön. Der Obertalerhof liegt ganz abgelegen (10 Minuten Serpentinenstraße bis ins Tal) - Natur pur und kein Verkehr.
Laura ist die perfekte Gastgeberin! Freundlich, hilfsbereit und sie versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Unsere Kinder haben toll mit Lauras und Helmuts Kindern gespielt.
Wir haben frische Eier vom Hof gegessen und die Kinder haben sich über die ganzen Tiere gefreut.. Kühe, Schafe, Ziegen, Katzen und Mia der Hund.
Die Umgebung im Passeiertal ist perfekt für Wanderungen + Outdoor Activities. Auch hier gibt Laura gerne Tipps.

Super Hosts, traumhafte Lage, hochwertige Ausstattung. Der Essbereich ist für sechs Personen eher knapp. Die Wohnung ist stilsicher eingerichtet. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
