Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

There is also a very good restaurant there. This natural environment is the perfect choice for an active holiday.

Makarska, the ultimate summer destination in the heart of Dalmatia, is famous for its magnificent beach coves, crystal clear waters and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. A very cozy house with a large area around it. The house is located among the mountains, half an hour's drive from the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped, there was literally everything, including a blender, mixer and garlic press. On the property there is a brick barbecue and plenty of space. 20 minutes drive from the property is the town of Vrgorac, where we did our shopping. In Vrgorac you can buy fish and seafood at the market on Fridays. The host was very hospitable and helpful, we received fruit and homemade cherry vodka from him, and upon arrival at the house, a board of cold meats and cheeses and soft drinks were waiting for us. We had a really great time.

Amazing house. Very clean and a beautiful terrace with shade. Clean pool. The host was really friendly and gave us some very nice serrano and tomatoes when we arrived. He also helped us with whatever we needed help with while we stayed there.
