Lage und Gestaltung des Hauses ist einzigartig unter den Strandperlen. Sehr gelungen. Im Detail verbesserungswürdig. Ein Tisch, an dem man arbeiten kann (manche Ostsee-Reisende tun das), täte dem Haus sehr gut und wäre im meerseitigen Schlafzimmer problemlos unterzubringen. Hier ist eine große ungenutzte Fläche. Das Kellerregal in der Küche stört die Ästhetik, auf die ja ansonsten sehr viel Wert gelegt wird. Gartenliegen fehlen weiterhin. Sehr schade. Der Garten daher nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
