Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Kanfanar is a small town situated in the south-west part of the Istrian peninsula, 275 meters above the sea. It is only 8 km far from the sea’a closest site, the Lim Cave. It is dominated by a Mediterranean climate with pleasant temperatures in summer and mild in winters. For those who love free climbing, there are two suitable sites near Kanfanar: one is at the end of the Lim Cave, next to the road,and the other one is above Dvigrad, in the northern part of the Draga.

Wir haben es genossen, seit 2021 jedes Jahr in dieses wunderschöne Haus zurückzukehren. Die ruhige Lage, die Ausstattung, der Pool, der Whirlpool und insbesondere die Eigentümer machen unseren Aufenthalt immer zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub. Ein idealer Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung. Der Eigentümer steht jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung und hilft gerne. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind ausschließlich für die Nutzung der Gäste vorgesehen; im Garten gibt es einen Grill. Das gesamte Haus und der Garten sind stets gut gepflegt und äußerst sauber. Eine möblierte und überdachte Terrasse ermöglicht es, jederzeit im Freien zu sitzen. Bei der Ankunft ist der Kühlschrank bereits mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken für etwa zwei Tage gefüllt. Auf dem Tisch befindet sich zudem köstliches, frisches Obst. Am Abend können Sie von der Terrasse aus die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. In Kanfanar gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, eine Post und einen Geldautomaten. Größere Einkäufe können problemlos in der Umgebung erledigt werden. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage Kanfanars können Sie Istrien in alle Richtungen leicht erkunden. Wir freuen uns immer, hierher zurückzukehren.

Fantastische zentrale Lage, wunderschönes Haus mit sehr schönem Pool und Jacuzzi. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Die Umgebung ist absolut schön, mit grünen Feldern und Wäldern sowie einem sternenklaren Himmel in der Nacht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche und großzügige Menschen, die die Privatsphäre der Gäste respektieren, und sie haben uns auch mit Willkommens- und Abschiedsgeschenken überrascht, was wirklich nett war. Ich kann diesen Ort absolut empfehlen, um Istrien zu erkunden, da alle besten Sehenswürdigkeiten 15-30 Minuten entfernt sind, aber man kann auch im Haus bleiben und die vielen Annehmlichkeiten genießen.
