The spacious terrace, which offers privacy and protection from the wind, enjoys a view of the pond and a lot of morning and evening light.
Here, you can enjoy your delicious breakfast in the morning or end the day with a cosy barbecue evening.
The beautiful lawn invites you to play or walk barefoot over the soft grass (mowing robot) which is mowed at all times - an absolute delight in summer!
Parking space for 2 cars and a lockable storage room for bicycles on the property.
This holiday home features a large terrace facing south-west with a view of the pond and the tasteful and high-quality furnishings. Internet access (WiFi), initial set of towels, bed linen (covered) and firewood included.

You can reach Fuhlendorf via the A20 or A19 motorways towards Kreuz Rostock. The continue onto the A19 and take the Rostock-Ost exit. Follow the B105 federal road towards Stralsund for about 35 km and turn left at the Fuhlendorf/Bartelshagen turn-off. After another 10 km, you will reach Fuhlendorf. At the town limit sign, on the right side, you will find the holiday home complex with the holiday home "Haubenlerche Ankerplatz" Am Schabernack 18.
For best GPS results, enter 18356 Fuhlendorf, Dorfstraße and Kiefernweg. The holiday home complex is located on the right-hand side behind it.

If the tenant withdraws from the contract and no other rental is possible, the owner applies a
compensation claim, according to the following scale:
* up to 45 days before the start of the rental period - 15% of the rental price
* up to 30 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the rental price
* up to 21 days before the start of the rental period - 60% of the rental price
* up to 14 days before the start of the rental period - 90 % of the rental price
* 14 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the rental price
* Cancellation within one day before the start of the rental period or in case of
non-appearance - 100 % of the rental price
In any case, the declaration of cancellation must be made in writing to the owner.
Irrespective of this, a cancellation fee of any €25.00 is due. In the event of later arrival or earlier
departure, the tenant has no right to reimbursement of parts of the rental price.
The total price includes bed linen, towels, WiFi, firewood and the contract fee.
