The house is located in Empuriabrava, which is 35 km past the French border in the Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava in Catalonia.
It is the largest marina or ciudad navegable (navigable city) in Europe with approximately 35 km of navigable seawater canals.
Empuriabrava has a beautiful sandy beach, a natural beach, and is nestled in the Aigua Molls (nature reserve). It is a hub for all boat owners and water sports enthusiasts.
Here you will find a great range of all kinds of sports including beautiful golf courses (Perelada, Torremirona, Pals, etc.).
