The closest beach is Can Picafort, located 12 km away and we also recommend other beaches in the area such as Playas de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia. Bei der Ankunft war Vermieter überrascht, weil wir mit Hund angereist sind. Dabei steht in der Beschreibung, dass Haustiere willkommen sind und wir den Hund mehrfach bei der Buchung erwähnt haben. Positiv: Haus war blitzblank geputzt. Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt, Pool sauber. Allerdings ist das Gelände rund ums Haus seeehr ungepflegt, eher Müllhalde. Geschirr ist Mangelware. Vermieter ist täglich da, um Hühner, Tauben, ein Pferd zu versorgen. Abends prüft er, ob der Pool gereinigt werden muss. Allerdings betreibt er hinterm Haus eine kleine Autoschrauberei, da sind fremde Menschen am Werkeln. Auch sonntags. Aufpassen; Strom wird extra berechnet. Der Stromzähler rennt unaufhörlich, auch wenn im Haus nichts läuft. Man zahlt hier Strom für die Werkstatt und die Poolreinigung usw. mit.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Grundstück verschiedene Stromzähler hat, und der Kunde zahlt nur für den Strom, der für das Haus verbraucht wird. Wir haben mit dem Besitzer bestätigt, dass Haustiere willkommen sind. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie dieses schlechte Gefühl hatten. In den Objekten gibt das Basisgeschirr für alle Wohnbereiche . Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass die Fincas schwer zu pflegen sind, da Unkraut im mediterranen Klima sehr schnell wächst, der Eigentümer achtet darauf, dass die Rasenfläche gut gepflegt ist.
Trotztdem, hoffen wir, dass Sie eine Auftenhalt hatten trotz die kleinisch Keiten, und wir hoffen Sie wieder willkomen.
