Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren von Belvilla,
ich schreibe Ihnen, um meine Enttäuschung über die Wohnung, in der wir uns derzeit aufhalten, zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Ich bin mit dem Zustand der Unterkunft sehr unzufrieden.
Ich leide unter schweren Allergien, und die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft extrem verschmutzt. Gestern habe ich fast zwei Stunden damit verbracht, selbst zu putzen, nur um sie einigermaÃ_x009f_en erträglich zu machen. Das entspricht absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen.
Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, wie diese Wohnung so hohe Bewertungen wie 10/10 erhalten konnte, denn unserer Erfahrung nach entspricht das überhaupt nicht der Realität. Der Sauberkeitszustand ist für eine Mietwohnung inakzeptabel.
Ich habe mehrere Fotos beigefügt, damit Sie sich ein genaues Bild vom Zustand der Wohnung machen können. Ich persönlich würde niemals eine Wohnung in einem so schmutzigen Zustand vermieten.
Ich hoffe, Sie nehmen diese Beschwerde ernst und kümmern sich schnellstmöglich um die Angelegenheit.
