Holiday destination
Holiday home Beaufort, located behind the sea, a paradise for sun worshippers, walkers, and cyclists. Anyone who has been to the Egmonds once will always return. There is plenty to do for both young and old. The former fishing village is hospitable and cozy. Stroll leisurely past the small shops and cafes to the lighthouse and boulevard and watch the sun set into the sea. Wander through the dune belt to one of the protected sandy paths in the area and find your way back.
By car, you can reach Alkmaar, known for its cheese market, in 10 minutes, and by train, you can be in the cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam in half an hour.
