Das Haus war schlecht gereinigt, die Küche brauchte erstmal eine gründliche Reinigung, besonders der Kühlschrank. Ein Zimmer war wegen eines Wespennestes nicht bewohnbar. Viele Steckdosen saßen locker auf der Wand.
Das Außengelände jedoch war in allerbester Ordnung.
