Wie in der Belvilla-Beschreibung angegeben, ist das Haus zwar veraltet, aber funktional.
Allerdings befand sich an mehreren Stellen in der Duschkabine Schimmel.
Das Ferienhaus ist nicht isoliert; dies hat im Sommer erhebliche Auswirkungen, unter anderem aufgrund der umfangreichen Baumfällungen, die kaum Schatten spenden.
Die Beschreibung suggeriert, dass das Ferienhaus direkt am Wasser liegt und über einen eigenen Steg und ein Boot verfügt. Tatsächlich befindet es sich jedoch mindestens 1 km vom See entfernt, und wir konnten weder Steg noch Boot finden.
Laut Buchung sollten wir ab 9:00 Uhr einchecken können. Tatsächlich öffnete sich das elektronische Schloss am Schlüsselsafe erst um 16:00 Uhr.
Die Erreichbarkeit von Belvilla, sowohl in den Niederlanden als auch in Deutschland, ist besonders schlecht. Wir kontaktierten zunächst telefonisch Belvilla Deutschland. AnschlieÃ_x009f_end wandten wir uns an das DAN Center, das uns jedoch ebenfalls nicht weiterhelfen konnte. SchlieÃ_x009f_lich erreichten wir über den Kundenservice von Belvilla Niederlande die Notfallnummer. Der Mitarbeiter hat unsere Anmerkungen zur Kenntnis genommen (siehe oben) und uns eine schnellstmögliche Rückmeldung zugesagt. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts bis heute (wir sind seit knapp einer Woche wieder zu Hause) keine Rückmeldung von Belvilla erhalten.
