Das Haus war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber es wären einige Dinge zu reparieren, wie die Sitzgarnitur und die Fenster, die nicht sauber waren, Außerdem müsste die Terrasse mal wieder gestrichen werden, Ein Hinweis auf den Wasserzähler im Erdreich wäre nützlich,
