The top renovated XXL 100sqm non-smoking holiday apartment (smoking is possible on the roofed balcony) is located on the second floor of a typical Bremen Art Nouveau house and floored with laminate. There are two rooms for 1 to 5 people with an integrated kitchen and a deluxe bathroom with natural stone marble, bathtub, toilet and an even, spacious walk-in shower. Pets on request!
For at least 5 person or EUR170,- per night you can extend the XXL apartment via a connecting door by an additional apartment from 100sqm to 135sqm. It then contains another combined living/bedroom with 2 single beds, a sofa bed, table with chairs and another bathroom with WC.
There is a cosy smoker's bar at the ground level of the house where you can order beverages between 8pm and 5am to your flat. But of course, you can have a drink there as well.
Smooking is allowed on the roofed balcony or at the roof terrace.
For socialising you may visit the small smoking bar at the ground floor.
As there are other apartments with own bathrooms available at the same building you may also accomodate more people separately.
The spacious living room with 70sqm has a comfortable sofabed for 2 to 3 people. It leads to the roofed balcony and also, via a spiral staircase, to the 70 sqm shared roof terrace.
The open-plan kitchen is combined with the living room and completely equipped. Coffee, several varieties of tea and softdrinks are provided to our guests for free.
The bedroom offers a kingsize bed (2mtr x 2mtr) and a big wardrobe. The marble-tiled bathroom includes a wasching machine.
The Bürgerpark, the green lung of Bremen, is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment. It is possible to go for a walk, cycle, row or to ride.

The holiday apartment is located in central Bremen between the city centre and the district Ostertor. You will reach the main train station and the exhibition halls with the AWD-Dome in less than five minutes on foot.
Very close are the popular districts Ostertor and Steintor as well as the "Schlachte" where you will find excellent restaurants and many fashionable bars and cafes. You only need 10 minutes to reach the market square with the baroque city hall (world cultural heritage), the Roland statue and the Bremen Town Musicians as well as the bordering Böttjerstraße (famous street) and the Schnoor (old town district of Bremen).
