If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.

Es gibt 2 Klimageräte, eines für die Küche & Essbereich und eines für 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, dies befindet sich am Gang und es müssen alle Zimmertüren offen sein damit diese klimatisiert werden. Der Pool is klein aber völlig ausreichend. Der Spielplatz direkt gegenüber war zu unserer Reisezeit sehr belebt, ansonsten ist es eine sehr ruhige Gegend am Rande von Can Picafort.
Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es ca 500m entfernt. Zum Strand sind es auch rund 500m. Die guten Lokale sind etwas weiter ~ 1km von der Unterkunft entfernt.
