Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is only possible:
if the government imposes new travel restrictions and a lockdown for Jungholz. If a payment has already been made, we will only settle this with a voucher.
No later than six months before the agreed arrival day of the guest, both contracting parties, i.e., the guest and the accommodation provider, can terminate the accommodation contract without paying a cancellation fee.
Please note: The cancellation declaration must be received by the contracting party within the deadline.
No free cancellation protection exists:
if you cannot or do not want to start your stay because you are worried about an infection due to rising case numbers at the holiday destination.
if you cannot or do not want to start your stay because you are classified as a risk patient.
if you cannot start the trip because you must go into precautionary quarantine due to a suspected case (e.g., in a kindergarten or among colleagues).
After the sixth month before the agreed arrival day of the guest, they can withdraw from the contract.
In this case, however, a "cancellation fee" must be paid.
Please note: Here too, the cancellation declaration must have been received by the contracting party within the deadline.
The amount of the cancellation fee is staggered between 50% and 100% of the total costs, depending on the time of cancellation.
5 to 3 months 50%, 2 months 80%, 1 month 90%, less than 1 month 100%
This also applies in the case of late arrival or early departure.
If there is a full & actual rebooking, the cancellation is free of charge. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance that covers the contract conditions mentioned above!
