If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who would enter the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees - after having taken into account any expenses saved - are to be paid as compensation, provided that re-letting the space is not possible. - up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

Bayrischzell is a climatic health resort right at the end of the Leitzach Valley and at the foot of the Mangfall Mountains. The many surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling. In winter, the Sudelfeld ski area and numerous cross-country trails await you.
The apartment itself is located directly at the foot of the Wendelstein and is slightly elevated on the slope. You have a fantastic view to the south overlooking Bayrischzell towards the Ursprungstal.
Getting there
About an hour by car from Munich. Preferably via the Irschenberg exit and through the Leitzachtal via Fischbachau to Bayrischzell. Coming by train from Munich main station via the BRB takes approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. The train's last stop is Bayrischzell.

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.
Die Ferienwohnung sowie die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussicht ist überwältigend. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und die Lage einfach fantastisch. Ein Wiederkommdn ist garantiert.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Wir sind Wiederholungs-Täter und erneut sehr glücklich und zufrieden durch diese heißen Temperaturen in der nach wie vor fantastischen Wohnung gekommen.
Die Ausstattung ist gleichbleibenden hochwertig und in großartigem Zustand.
Die Lage für uns wunderbar. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht.
Die Vermieter geben einem ein besonderes Gefühl mit bester Kommunikation, sind großzügig mit einem Willkommensgruß (Weinflasche und Süßem).
