The exterior area of this country house is perfect to relax after a day visiting the island. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch or swim in the salt pool that measures 6 x 3.20 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
Inside, a single floor comprises the different spaces in a traditional and cosy style. Upon entering from the porch, you find the living-dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and a table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven. The sleeping area offers three double bedrooms with fan and wardrobe each. One has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two have twin beds and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

Biniali is a borough belonging to Sencelles, but in reality the property is closer to the town of Binissalem, where you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The location of the property is excellent for getting around the entire island as it is quite central. The closest beach is in Palma but you can also go north to see other beautiful beaches such as Alcúdia or Can Picafort, or you can also tour the Tramuntana mountains and discover amazing landscapes. If you are interested in playing golf during your stay, the closest course is the Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró, located 14.5 km away.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
