Holiday destination
Two wonderfully located bathing lakes lie within a distance of 1 and 1.5 km and are very refreshing during the summer months.
In winter, there are wonderful cross-country skiing tracks where even the world champions practise. The next access to a skiing track is only 200 metres from the house.
Alpine skiers will love the family skiing area Kranzberg-Luttensee. The ski bus takes you there and back again right from the house.
There are other skiing areas within 15 to 20 minutes drive in Seefeld or Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Snowboarders (Freeriding) can give proof of their abilities on Germany's longest downhill track in Dammkar (Karwendelbahn).

Uns hat es sehr gut bei Familie Kögel gefallen . Die Wohnung ist mit allem bestückt was man braucht . Man muss also kein unnötigen Ballast mit in den Urlaub nehmen . Auch mit unserem war es kein Problem . Auf Nachfrage gab's Staubsauger und Wischmop . Auch sind die umliegenden Ortschaften sehr gut zu erreichen . Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die netten Vermieter und die ruhige zentrale Lage waren für uns die perfekte Kombination . Liebe Grüße , Familie de Weber aus Hannover
