This 40 m2, one storey house has one double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request. The kitchen and the living-dining room share the same space. The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob.
The complex consists of 7 apartments; therefore, the outside spaces are communal. There is a chlorinated pool of 11 x 5.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m, a solarium with 14 deck-chairs, a large terrace, a small playground, large gardens, a fixed barbecue and a fully equipped porch. The establishment has a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
No pets allowed at the property.
The laundry area is communal.
Outdoor parking space for 4 cars.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

The home is just 6 km from Sa Rapita, where you can find all possible services: supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearics. And around you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters.Just a 30-minute drive will take you to Palma, where you can go shopping, and visit all the cultural insights. Near Palma there is an aquarium and several water parks such as Western Park and Aqualand.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
