Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Zamask is located on a hill overlooking the Butoniga River 7km southeast of Motovun, offering a view of the entire central Istria and Lake Butoniga. The house was completely renovated in 2012 and in 2017 receives another new kitchen and living room. On a beautifully landscaped garden with a well-kept lawn, the Zamask villa offers its guests a 24 m2 outdoor swimming pool with deck chairs and a covered outdoor dining terrace.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was Sie benötigen, jedoch an einem etwas steilen Hang gelegen. Etwa 20-25 Minuten Fahrt vom nächstgelegenen Einkaufszentrum entfernt. In der Nähe (20 Minuten) befindet sich Motovun, ein echter Geheimtipp, den Sie unbedingt sehen müssen.

Sehr schöne, große Villa
Mit viel Platz und Möglichkeiten, Ihren Urlaub zu genießen.
Wir waren dort mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern.
Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Betten waren wirklich bequem.
In jedem Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage.
Der Holzkohlegrill befand sich im Obergeschoss,
mit einem separaten Essbereich.
Da die Villa an einem sehr hohen Punkt liegt,
hat man natürlich in jede Richtung einen fantastischen Blick auf die gesamte Umgebung.
Wenn Sie ein Fahrrad mitnehmen möchten, sollten Sie ein gutes E-MTB mitbringen, da die Wege überall sehr steil sind.
Unterschätzen Sie es nicht.
Apropos Wege,
es gibt überall nur eine schmale Straße, also seien Sie vorsichtig bei Gegenverkehr.
Der nächstgelegene größere Supermarkt ist Plodine, etwa 13 km entfernt, ungefähr 30 Minuten, vergleichbar mit einem Kaufland.
Das Haus bietet viel Kühlraum, aber nur ein kleines Gefrierfach.
