Quiet location in a small cozy settlement. The apartment is on the 1st floor.
The village center is only half a kilometer away.
The bus stop for 2 ski areas can be reached after a 3-minute walk.
Getting there
B 169 - Aschau exit - turn right - over the level crossing - turn left at the next intersection - after approx. 400m turn right (Hotel First Mountain) - follow the road for approx. 100m - our house is on the right-hand side

Die schöne Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage in letzter Reihe der Siedlung ist komplett ruhig, in das Zentrum mit Restaurants, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt sind es maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Der vordere Balkon lädt bei gutem Wetter zum frühstücken oder nach Ausflügen zum relaxen.
Rosi wohnt im Erdgeschoss und ist bei Bedarf gerne mit Tipps für Ausflugsziele und vielem anderem behilflich.
Die Wohnung war ein super Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge, egal ob ins vordere oder hintere Zillertal.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung und hat zwei Balkone. Besonders der kleine Balkon vorn zur Straße ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben ihn viel und gern genutzt. Toller Ausblick und Frühstück im Sonnenschein war jeden Tag möglich. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist fürsorglich und steht für Fragen zum Beispiel für Ausflugsziele gerne zur Verfügung. Das Auto konnte in der Garage abgestellt werden.
