If you cancel up to the 21st day before the agreed rental start date, no cancellation fees apply.*
If you cancel from the 20th day to the 14th day inclusive before the agreed rental start date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the travel price will be charged.
If you cancel from the 13th day to the last day before the agreed rental start date, a cancellation fee of 90% of the travel price will be charged.
In the event of later cancellation or if you do not commence the trip, the entire travel price will be charged.

Blessed with a mild Mediterranean climate in a stunningly beautiful location, the site is excellent for cycling tours, hikes, and excursions. Not far away are not only beautiful beaches but also countless attractions, such as the historic town of Pézenas with its numerous antique shops, Béziers with the famous Old Bridge/Pont Vieux, as well as Narbonne, Agde, Sète, Mèze, Montpellier, Narbonne, Carcassonne, and the splendid Camargue.

By car: via the A9 Lyon/Barcelona motorways (exit Agde-Bessan), A75 Paris/Béziers (exit Pézenas).
By train: Béziers station (25 Km)
By bus: Direct connections to Pézenas from Montpellier and Béziers.

In 2019, we fell in love with a beautiful historic property and purchased one of the residential units located there. At the beginning of 2023, we were able to acquire the neighboring apartment as well. We are delighted to invite you to spend a few days in this unique retreat.

Wir waren im April für 6 Tage in der Ferienwohnung und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu Fam. Nees war herzlich und unkompliziert . Die ruhige Lage bietet beste Vorraussetzungen tolle Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen.
Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Teil Frankreichs und Saint-Martial war ein richtiger Glückstreffer. Nicht nur, dass einfach alles da war und passte, Herr und Frau Nees waren auch so freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie wir es gar nicht erwarten konnten. Vielen vielen Dank für die unvorhergesehenen Fahrdienste und sogar Einkäufe, die uns den Start in den Urlaub versüßt haben. Die Begeisterung der Gastgeber für das Anwesen und die Gegend hat sich nahtlos auf uns übertragen. Wir sind voller Eindrücke wieder nach Berlin zurückgekehrt, aber zum Herault werden wir bestimmt wieder kommen - und sei es nur der Austern wegen, des wunderbaren Fisches, der tollen Weine, der herrlichen Bademöglichkeiten, der unentdeckten Groß- und Kleinstädte oder oder oder. Vielen vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Große Empfehlung!!!
