Cancellation policy
Article 5. Cancellation
5.1 We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.
5.2 In the event of a cancellation, the costs for the agreed part of the total rent will be charged after the signing of the rental agreement. Upon signing the rental agreement, the first part of the total rent must be paid within 2 weeks. The second half of the total rent must be paid 2 months before the start of the rental period. If a cancellation occurs within one month before the rental period, the costs will amount to 75% of the total rent.
5.3 If the rental agreement is terminated by the tenant (Star), i.e., canceled by the tenant (Star) or if the tenant (Star) leaves the rental property prematurely or if the tenant (Star) does not move into the rental property before 6 PM on the day the rental period begins, the tenant (Star) owes the total rent.

Nu dachten we we gaan er nog een keer heen en dat is ons goed bevallen. We hebben leuke dingen gedaan in de omgeving van Sint Maartensvlotbrug_x000D_
We willen u erg bedanken voor uw gastvrijheid in uw huisje. Alles was er wat we nodig hadden. Ik weet niet of we nog een keertje weer terug terugkomen, maar dat ziet u en merkt u vanzelf wel._x000D_

Een super mooi, ruim, comfortabel huis met grote omheinde tuin en mooi terras op een rustig park. Ideaal voor onze 2 witte herders. Goede bedden, grote douche, mooie keuken met goede apparatuur. Lekker uitgewaaid op de mooie stranden in de omgeving._x000D_
Goed en vriendelijk contact met de eigenaren van het huis._x000D_
Wij komen graag terug en hebben al geboekt voor volgend jaar.
