Cancellation policy
(1.) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same terms, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation
- up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
(2.) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(3.) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the date the notice is received by the landlord.

Ein traumhaft schöne Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Meerblick mit dem Sonnenuntergang von der tollen Terrasse ist einzigartig. Wir haben schon mehrere Ferienwohnungen in Torrox kennen gelernt, Aber diese ist die Beste. Die sehr nette Vermieterin mit ihre Mann hilft wo sie nur kann. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Wir sind mit 4 Personen angereist. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Claudia sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einfach super, wir vermissten nichts. Bis ins kleinste Detail war alles vorbereitet. Das hatten wir in Torrox so noch nicht erlebt.
