The best way to come here is by car - only 6 km far is junction "Žminj" on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 29 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car.

Wir haben hier 16 Nächte verbracht und es war einfach großartig. Sehr großes, sauberes Haus mit einem tollen, riesigen Außenbereich und großem Pool. Wir haben uns wirklich gut erholt. Sehr netter Vermieter. Für uns gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Familie Ferlin.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Barduni als große Gruppe von drei Familien verbracht und konnten einen fantastischen und entspannenden Urlaub im Herzen Istriens genießen, weit entfernt vom Trubel des Massentourismus. Die Familie Ferlin ist ein warmherziger und großzügiger Gastgeber, der neben dem Ferienhaus auch ein Restaurant betreibt, das sich direkt neben der Villa befindet und mit traditionellen Köstlichkeiten verführt. Wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an die Ferlins wenden, und sie haben alles möglich gemacht. Zunächst zum Haus: Das Haus verfügt über sechs Zimmer mit jeweils zwei oder drei Betten. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette sowie Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz, um gemeinsam zu kochen und anschließend zu essen. Draußen gibt es einen Grillbereich sowie einen großen, überdachten Essbereich. Wir waren zu 14. und konnten dort bequem sitzen. Im angrenzenden, gepflegten Garten befindet sich ein schöner, erfrischender Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es außerdem einen Tischtennistisch, einen Billardtisch, ein Trampolin und eine kleine Klettergerüst mit Rutsche und Schaukel für Jung und Alt zum Spielen. Die malerischen Städte Rovinj, Labin und PoreÄ sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Es dauert etwa 30-40 Minuten, um zum Strand zu fahren.
Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub �� Wir haben ihn sehr genossen und möchten uns für die großartige Gastfreundschaft bedanken, mit der wir in der Villa Barduni empfangen wurden.
