In the eastern part of Istria, just 15 kilometers from the sea, lies the medieval town of Pican, a city of rich history and cultural heritage, today a city of galleries and artists who create and reside here throughout the year. Pican is located near the town of Labin. Labin is a small town in the interior of Istria that attracts many curious people with its beautiful acropolis-built old town and other rich cultural and monumental heritage. It is only three kilometers away from the sea. Below the Old Town hill, the urban part of Podlabin was formed, and the two settlements together bring together about 12500 inhabitants. As a rare blend of the Mediterranean climate and rich architectural heritage, Labin has become a hub for artists from around the world, as evidenced by the numerous ateliers in the Old Town. In addition, Labin is a mecca of small businesses and is the second largest exporter in Istria. Together with Rabac, under the administration of the City of Labin, he also realizes over one million tourist nights in hotel and apartment accommodation.

PrÃ¤chtiges Haus, sehr gut renoviert, in einer reizvollen Umgebung, ruhig, aber 15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Der Swimmingpool ist Ã¤uÃŸerst angenehm! Perfekte Sauberkeit. Ich empfehle es!
