Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Holiday House Vita is situated in a small village Pinezići, 20 km from Poreč and 20 km from the first beach in Poreč, Plava and Zelena Laguna. The village is very nice with a lot of green fields and woods, so it gives perfect relaxation and excape from the traffic and city noise. There you can find typical istrian houses; most of them are newly renovated, but the preserved istrian identity. Village Pinezići are surrounded by many wineyards and olive fields and many green pathways throught the forest and villages. The village is reccomended for families because there is a lot of greenery, domestic animals and it is the ideal place for relaxation.

Wir hatten kürzlich das Vergnügen, in der Villa D'Vita in Tinjan zu wohnen. Vom Moment unserer Ankunft an wurden wir mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und atemberaubenden Ausblicken empfangen. Die Villa selbst ist ein architektonisches Juwel, das traditionellen istrischen Charme mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten verbindet. Der Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthalts war zweifellos der makellose Pool. Umgeben von Grünanlagen bot er die perfekte Oase für Entspannung und Spaß.
Im Inneren war die Villa geräumig, sauber und wunderschön dekoriert. Jedes Zimmer war durchdacht gestaltet und bot Komfort und Stil. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten erleichterte, obwohl wir auch das Essen in den vielen nahegelegenen Restaurants, die uns unser Gastgeber empfohlen hatte, genossen.
Die Lage der Villa D'Vita ist ideal. In einer ruhigen ländlichen Umgebung gelegen, ist sie nah genug an schönen Stränden und Städten wie PoreÄ, Rovinj und Motovun, was uns ermöglichte, das Beste von Istrien zu erkunden.
Was diese Villa wirklich auszeichnet, ist die Liebe zum Detail und der außergewöhnliche Service. Unser Gastgeber hat alles getan, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Aufenthalt perfekt war, indem er uns lokale Tipps gab und all unsere Fragen beantwortete.
Wir können die Villa D'Vita nicht genug empfehlen. Sie ist der perfekte Ort für Familien, Paare oder jeden, der die Schönheit Istriens erleben möchte. Wir verließen die Villa mit wunderbaren Erinnerungen und dem Wunsch, zurückzukehren. Fünf Sterne in jeder Hinsicht!
