Unexpected things can always happen. However, it's a pity for everyone if Villa Sommermelodie remains vacant when other holidaymakers would have liked to come. If you are unable to start your booked stay, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation/ Termination
- up to 49 days before the rental starts: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental starts: 40% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the rental starts: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the rental starts: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental starts) 100% of the rental price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

In Callantsoog you'll find the nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater". This tranquil area is made up of dunes, plains, marshes, and two lakes surrounded by lush vegetation. Between Petten and Camperduin, a new artificial dune belt with a lagoon landscape has been created (well worth seeing).

Getting there
Drive from the border towards Amsterdam/Schiphol. Later, head towards Alkmaar.
After Alkmaar, continue towards Den Helder. Follow the expressway/canal until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid).
Turn into Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center, there is a crossroad where you should turn right and then immediately left into van Foorestweg.
Approximately 500 meters after the roundabout, you will have reached the Bungalowpark Yperhof.

Großartiges Ferienhaus für einen Urlaub mit Ihrem Hund. Ein sehr großes und sicher eingezäuntes Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund wollte nicht gehen. Sehr netter Kontakt und schnelle Rücküberweisung der Mietkaution.
