Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses:
Cancellation:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee according to the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska will be charged.
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price
No-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel price
(2) The tenant may at any time prove that the damage incurred was less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.

It is only 30 minutes drive from the beach and the sea, you can reach Makarska Riviera beaches ,Brela, Baska Voda,Promajna,Tucepi or Podgora throught St Ilia Tunnel for half an hour. and You only need 10 minutes from the Red and Blue Lakes. Car is required. We can organize a private transfer if you need an airport transfer or a rental car service.

Liebe Familie Meter,
vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen im Ferienhaus.
Wir sind angekommen und da war schon alles fertig und wir haben alles gezeigt bekommen. Zu unserer Überraschung haben haben wir im Kühlschrank Käse, Wurst und Schinken gefunden. Auf dem Tresen stand eine Schüssel mit Tomaten und ein Brot. Es gab auch noch diverse Getränke wo wir nicht mit gerechnet hatten.
Jeden Morgen hatten wir wieder einen sauberen Pool und konnten diesen nutzen.
Ab und zu haben wir dann auch wieder was frisches bei uns aufm dem Tisch gefunden.
Wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten, es kam immer sehr schnell eine Antwort.
Wir haben uns vor der Anreise noch gedacht ist das wirklich so wie auf den Fotos? Ja es ist wirklich so.
Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Ferienhaus.
Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ebenfalls haben wir uns über die Begrüßungsgetränke und frisch gebackenes Brot und Belag dafür sehr gefreut.Wir können das Ferienhaus nur jedem Empfehlen!!!! Wir würden auch mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn es gehen würde. Es war für alle Aktivitäten vorgesorgt. Bälle, Federballspiel, Dartscheibe Fahrräder und Dreirad für unseren Kleinen sowie ein Roller für die gröseren Kinder. Für das schlechte Wetter sogar eine Playstation mit Spielen. Es gibt Hochstühle für die ganz Kleinen. Die Vermieter sind seeehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
