Any cancellation must be notified by mail to the reservation department. a/ If you have cancellation insurance, please refer to the attached insurance form. b/ You do not have cancellation insurance: for any cancellation due to the client, the reimbursement by the reservation service, with the exception of service charges, is made as follows: Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the beginning of the stay: the amount of the deposit will be retained and the balance will be reimbursed if it has been cashed in at the date of cancellation. Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. In a small hamlet, 2 km from the village of Lanrelas, you will find the house carefully renovated respecting the original architecture. Blanche and Yves have managed to combine rustic touches with a modern base to meet current requirements. to the current trends. In the village, you can fish all day in the Rance while visiting the alder grove botanical garden and the Roche au Diable. For children, there is a brand new playground for 2-10 year olds, a tennis court, a multi-sports town, a skateboarding area and a football pitch. A mini-market and restaurant are also on site. By car, you can reach Dinan, Moncontour and the Emerald Coast to the north and Josselin and the Broceliande forest to the south.

Getting there

In Lanrelas, behind the church, take the D61 towards St Launeuc / Merdrignac. Drive 1.5 km and turn left. Then turn left as soon as you see the sign "Le GITE le" GRASS'LAND" and follow the 2 other arrows.
