The holiday apartment is located in the midst of the Wiedtal between Roßbach and Waldbreitbach in an idyllic and quiet hillside location on the edge of the forest in the small Waldbreitbach district of Gasbitze and directly on the Westerwald-Steig.
The comfortable holiday apartment has an area of approximately 85 m² and is very well suited for 2-4 people. There are two bedrooms available (1 x double bed and 1 x twin bed). Up to 6 people can also be accommodated in the apartment, as there is a large guest room with a modern sofa bed (for 2 people) available. Additionally, this room offers a wonderful view of the Wiedtal and provides a retreat or a place to browse through the plentiful literature available for both adults and children.
The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a combination fridge-freezer, an oven with a 4-burner ceramic hob with an extractor hood, and a dishwasher. Cooking utensils as well as cutlery and dishes are of course plentiful and available.
The dining and living area also features a cozy setup with a satellite TV with a large flat screen, a HiFi radio system, a DVD and CD player, and an usable open fireplace. The bathroom and WC are separate units. Large panoramic windows in the living area, as well as the large terrace in Mediterranean design, offer wonderful views of the opposite forest slopes of the Wiedtal.
The holiday apartment is located on the upper part of the building, which can be accessed via a wide, winding stone staircase. The landlords live in the basement.

Dieses schöne und ruhige Fleckchen Erde ist in nur knapp 1,5 Autostunden aus dem Ruhrgebiet oder aus dem Raum Frankfurt a. M. zu erreichen. Der Wald liegt direkt vor der Haustür und ist für Wanderfreunde und Mountainbiker ideal gelegen. Bis zum Ortskern Waldbreitbach sind es mit dem Auto nur ca. 5 min. Fahrtzeit (1,5 km). Zu Fuß ist es nur 1 km für die man etwa 10-15 Minuten benötigt.
