Guten Morgen,
Bei unserer Ankunft gestern berichteten wir über gravierende Hygienemängel und unhygienische Zustände (Feuchtigkeit, Risse, Schmutz usw.) im Miethaus. Es ist inakzeptabel, eine Immobilie in diesem Zustand und zu diesem Preis und mit 100 € Reinigungskosten zu mieten, während in diesem Haus Schmutz herrscht! Wir sind nicht wählerisch, aber wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Wir möchten einen Anspruch geltend machen und Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir alle unterstützenden Fotos haben!!!
