Die Lage ist hervorragend, auch das Mobilheim ist innen hervorragend, außen jedoch ungepflegt und auf einer Seite komplett grün. Meterhohes Unkraut, der seitliche Garten unpassierbar, das Boot in einem desolaten Zustand, ebenso das Holzdeck, das komplett erneuert werden müsste. Es ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, mit losen Brettern und Löchern. In diesem Zustand für so viel Geld völlig unvermietbar!

Das Chalet ist gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser und eine überdachte Terrasse. Hunde können in einem kleinen Naturschutzgebiet und auf den umliegenden Feldern rund um den Park spazieren gehen.
