The small, detached and stylish country house is situated in a hillside location with a view across the valley / Bad Dürkheim and into the Rhine valley. Several stairs lead from the quiet cul-de-sac to the entrance of the private property. The house is idyllically situated in the middle of the cultivated garden. With 59m² of living space, it has ample space for 2-3 people.
The large, west-facing wooden terrace can be accessed from the living/dining room and offers comfortable seating. An old stock of trees provides shade. The 2nd terrace faces east and has a lawn area and an outdoor shower - you'll enjoy sunbathing there. On the 3rd terrace you can have breakfast in the morning sun and watch the sunset in the evening.
We renovate and refurnish our house periodically: New windows & a new front door 11/07 - bathroom & hallway renovation 02/09 - a new leather suite 03/2012 - a new path to the garden - new dining table & chairs 2016 - 01/2018 a new kitchen equipment, sanded down the wood floor in the living/dining room and set up a new shelf.

The attractive golf course is can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.
Bad Dürkheim is a health resort in the Southern Palatinate region with a wide range of leisure opportunities.
Numerous castles, palaces and scenic lookout points are spread throughout the region, which means hikers will always find new destinations. A variety of restaurants and numerous wine festivals in the area round off the leisure enjoyment from spring to autumn.
The cultural cities of Neustadt, Worms, Speyer and Heidelberg are ideal for day trips as they are within easy reach by car or train.

In order to complete the reservation, we ask you to sign the agreement with the cancellation policy recommended by the Tourism Association and send it back to us.
The traveller may cancel at any time but is obligated to pay the following fees as a compensation:
- up to 45 days prior to arrival: 5% of the booking price
- up to 31 days prior to arrival: 10% of the booking price
- up to 22 days prior to arrival: 20% of the booking price
- up to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the booking price
- up to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking price
- 7-4 days prior to arrival: 80% of the booking price
- 3-1 days prior to arrival: 90% of the booking price
In case of a no-show: 100% of the booking price.
Visitors’ tax (adults), 2 euro per night.
Visitor's tax (kids), 1 euro per night.
Children under 14 years old stay for free.
If you book only 2 nights, a surcharge of €15.00/person applies.
Tea towels, towels and bed linen are included in the booking price.
